Our qualitative lifestyle appraisal is designed to create an awareness around the five foundations of functional health and could be conducted in-person or virtually.
Yes. You can opt for our virtual coaching programs for sessions done online.
We have a secured payment channel here on our website to process your payments. Should you sign up to our programs, you will billed at the beginning of each week, for the whole duration of the programs you availed.
You can arrange for a make up session within the same week of the schedule of the session you missed. In the event of extraordinary circumstances, other arrangements could be agreed upon between you and Axis Integrated.
We offer semi-private and individual coaching.
For virtual coaching programs, we have the client portal and individual programming sheets, in which you could record your own progress for us to examine. We also regularly check if you are completing your sessions or not to efficiently track your progress.
For in-person coaching, a progress-check is done based on the individual goals and needs. For Take Home Virtual Program, a progress-check is done every 30-days.
An initial 16-week program utilizing applied goal and habit setting techniques is a good indicator to check your progress.
The Five Foundations of Functional Health are Strength, Cardio, Nutrition, Recovery, and Mindset. These 5 foundations are important for balancing out the body and promoting longevity.
Yes. International clients can avail our virtual coaching programs.
No. As of now, we only accept US dollars for payments via all major credit cards.
Yes. You can book your weekly schedule according to your availability.
Yes, we do. Our programs are specific to your goals and needs, so we can offer you a program that lets you focus on only one goal at a time.
We offer 2 or 3x a week. Anything pass 3x is designed based on an individual basis.
It’s a case-to-case basis. But it is our standard to ask for a 16-week commitment because results do not happen over night. Being able to accomplish a quarterly goal is a good indicator to check your progress.
